Tanya , Come out!
Instead of Art
2001
“Tanya, Come Out!” is a poetical reminder of those childhood times, when things were rather physical than virtual, when friends were appearing at your doorstep or screaming at your window for you to come and join them at the playground. Small stone stuck on the outside of the gallery window is implementing the concept of “non-spectacular.” It’s a tiny piece what can easily remain unnoticed but as a Proustian Madeleine cookie can awoke a thick layer of a childhood scenario: first love, broken windows, broken hearts, endless waitings, the pleasures, the pain.
