The wrung-out rag lying on the wet floor appears to have been forgotten by the cleaner. Easy to fix—but not so easy. The sculpture is cast in bronze and embodies the concept of the “non-spectacular.” The most ordinary object becomes a monument to duality—to the one who left the rag and walked away, and to the one who remained, like the rag on the floor—exhausted, worn out, bleeding
